Delivery and payment terms for personalized content requests.
At PrivateBook, we prioritize a safe and transparent experience for all users. With respect to personalized content requests, the following terms apply:
7 business-day delivery
Once a content creator accepts a personalized request, they commit to delivering that content within a maximum of seven (7) business days.
Approval system
Creators may accept or reject requests based on their availability. A request is only considered active after the creator has formally accepted it.
Pay on delivery
For your protection, no charge is applied when you submit the request. The amount is charged to your payment method only when the creator has successfully uploaded the content and it is made available to you.
Automatic cancellation
If a creator does not deliver accepted content within seven (7) business days, the request is cancelled automatically at no cost to you.
